About Photoshoots
This is my first photoshoot and I might get nervous. Is it okay?
Of course! Most of our clients are experiencing a photoshoot for the first time. We aim to create a relaxed, fun environment. We guide you on posing and expressions. Just try to enjoy Shimanami with us instead of focusing too much on the camera.
For cycling shoots, can I ride at my own pace?
Yes, absolutely! You can ride at your comfortable pace. I will capture your passing moments at designated spots ("point shooting") as well as follow you on a bike while filming ("chase shooting").
My children are still small. Can we do a family photoshoot?
Yes, we love family shoots! We specialize in bringing out the natural expressions of children. We adapt to your child's mood and won't force hard poses. Bringing their favorite toys is highly recommended.
Can we shoot in the rain?
In light rain, we can actually capture beautiful, atmospheric photos. However, in the case of heavy rain or typhoons, safety comes first and we will reschedule. We check the weather forecast and contact you the day before.
Can we bring our own outfits and change during the shoot?
Yes, you can. Please bring your favorite clothes or cycling wear. Depending on the location, changing spaces might be limited. Please consult us beforehand, and we will recommend the best spot.
Do you support photoshoots outside the Shimanami area?
Yes, we support shoots nationwide, though our main base is the Shimanami area. For shoots far from Imabari (Oshima), actual transportation expenses may be charged. Feel free to contact us.
Pricing & Booking
Is the quotation free?
Yes, quotes are completely free. Please share your desired plan details and dates via our contact form or SNS. We will send an estimate within 2 business days.
Can we extend the shooting duration on the day?
Yes, if the schedule permits, we can extend the session. The extension fee is ¥5,500 (tax incl.) per 30 minutes. Please note that we may not be able to extend if we have other bookings.
Do you support installments or deferred payments?
Basically, we request payment within a week before or after the photoshoot. We accept credit cards (single payment). For corporate clients with specific payment cycles, please consult us in advance.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking? Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes, rescheduling and cancellations are possible. For cancellations due to personal reasons, the following policy applies:

* Cancellations due to severe weather (storms, typhoons) will prioritize rescheduling. No cancellation fee will be charged under these conditions.
Delivery & File Format
In what format are files delivered?
Photos are delivered as high-resolution JPG files, and videos as MP4 (4K or Full HD) files. We generally share a download link via online storage (Google Drive etc.).
How long does delivery take?
Typically, it takes about 10 days to 2 weeks after the shoot. It might take longer during peak seasons. If you are in a hurry, please let us know beforehand and we will try to accommodate your schedule (express fees may apply).
Can I request additional retouching or edits after delivery?
Yes, you can. We accept requests for detailed retouching (e.g. skin smoothing, object removal) for your favorite shots. Prices start at ¥2,200 (tax incl.) per photo.
