Inquiry & Consultation
Feel free to reach out via our contact form or SNS. Let us know the purpose of the shoot, preferred date, and location. We welcome general consultations as well!
- We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance.
- We offer flexible rescheduling in case of bad weather.
Meeting & Booking Confirmation
Based on your needs, we propose a shooting plan and quote. We also assist with location scouting and clothing/prop recommendations. Once the booking is confirmed, preparation begins.
- We suggest the best shooting hours (sunrise/sunset etc.).
- We check the weather forecast and make a final confirmation the day before.
Shoot Day
Meet at the designated location. We proceed with the shoot in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. We guide you on posing and expressions to capture natural moments.
- Typical shooting time ranges from 1 to 3 hours.
- We take short breaks for hydration and rest.
Editing & Finishing
We carefully select the best shots and apply professional color correction and retouching. We focus on enhancing Shimanami's unique light and airy atmosphere.
- Delivery takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks.
- The number of delivered files depends on your chosen plan.
Data Delivery
We deliver high-resolution photo files via secure online storage (Google Drive etc.). We also include web-optimized, lightweight versions for easy social media sharing.
- The download link is active for 30 days.
- Please consult us if you require additional prints or physical albums.
Preparation
Clothing
We recommend comfortable clothing that reflects your personal style. For cycling shoots, wear your favorite cycle wear.
Weather
Not only sunny days, but also cloudy or overcast days yield beautiful photos with soft, flattering light. In light rain, we can capture moody, atmospheric shots.
Time of Day
Sunrise (immediately after dawn) and sunset (1 hour before dusk) offer the most beautiful golden hour light. We can accommodate dawn shoots upon request.
Mindset
The most important thing is to relax and enjoy the experience. A natural smile and natural movements make the best photos.
